Started an alt tonight and started running through tutorial missions for the standing. Gains much faster since the patch today - after just the first 2 mission chain and of the 5 tutor series I have gained 1.42 gallente, much more than last week when I ran another alt through the same process. No social skills at all yet. Connections three will get that to around 2.5.
If even some of the next four tutor groups, the data centre missions and the Sisters arc are giving enhanced standing gains then this charcter will be flying level 3 courier missions almost instantly.
Not sure if this is intentional but level 1 and 2 agents appear to have become almost pointless, at least for your sart faction and friendlies.

Ok - this is now silly.
Last week a I took an alt through 3 of the 5 tutor missions, plus the data centre set plus the sisters arc. After all that and connections 3 he finshed on 2.4 standing to his home faction.
My new alt - no social skills. Hours old. Initial 2 tutor missions, mining/industry tutor set, business tutor set only. At 2.28 Gallente already - will be past 3 before the evening is out and able to collect any gallente level 3 mission, and any mini or sisters level 2. With connections I will be offred level 4s on completion of the sisters arc.
Grinding standing on new characters now a thing of the past.

Cash rewards and bonuses seem about right - just the standings gains are nuts - 10% for each completed tutor set.

At current rate of progress my new alt will have sufficient standings for level 4 missions with gallente, minmatar and sisters, gained solely from tutor ands very basic storylines - the circle and data centre ones. Currently around 3.5 with all three and with tutor missions still to run.
Still have some tutorials and the sisters rc to do. No connections skills learned to this point.

My new alt now has jump clone access with FNA, just from tutor missions. Less than 2 days old. 6+ standings to gal and min, 5+ to sisters. No levels in connections skill yet either.

not just npc corps - the same standings gains apply to the main corps as well
